Please call us at Wine Cellar Specialists for a shipping quote for delivery to your home or business.
All free-standing wine cellar cabinets are shipped White Glove Service. White Glove Service is performed by a moving company, not a freight company. Better care is taken to avoid damages.
Basic White Glove Service pricing is determined by:
- Can the delivery truck park within 50 feet of your door?
- Are there 3 or less steps to enter your home?
- Will delivery be on the first floor or upstairs or down? How many stairs?
- Is there a solid paved path to door or will the delivery need to go over ground or lawn surfaces?
Basic White Glove Service Includes:
- Uncrating of cabinet
- Leveling of cabinet
- Taking away the trash
For circumstances not revealed and not included in original ship costs, customer will be responsible to pay these fees directly to the shipping company.
Le Cache and Vinotheque units ship from California.
Climadiff units ship from Ontario, Canada. No duties, taxes or import fees will be charged to the customer when unit is shipped.
